We may be in the midst of Lockdown 3.0, but all of Team Wellbeing (including the llamas) are not going to let it beat us. Instead of shutting off, we’ve adapted fully to working from home when we can.
This also applies to moving our Open Days to be fully virtual. First off once the couples book, is a link to our updated Virtual Tour by Celia herself, which leaves no stone unturned in how couples can being their dream wedding to life.
Second is a Zoom call with one of our Wedding Coordinators, who will then go through all the information and provide a quote.
With us being back in lockdown, we’ve brought back our Book with Confidence Guarantee, in which couples can secure their wedding date for only 50% of the deposit.
It’s been working so well for us that in our first weekend of Open Day viewings since the new lockdown came into force, we picked up 2 bookings there and then, alongside 5 provisional bookings! And we have been picking up more and more in the following weeks throughout Lockdown 3.0.
It’s truly a credit to our Team that they have been able to adapt so quickly, and in how it’s very quickly proven to have had great results.
