Have you ever wondered how does our Exclusive Venue Hire pricing work?
You may have seen in our brochure that we can offer Exclusive Venue Hire, but what does that mean?
On your wedding day, you will have exclusive use of our Barns. Exclusive use means that your wedding will be the only event we host on that day.
Unlike a hotel, golf club or similar, we will not run multiple functions on the same day, nor will there be any viewings coming to see us in the middle of your wedding.
In short, the exclusive hire will work to ensure no unexpected surprises on your special day.
Some venues MAY do exclusivity only as an extra AND at a considerable cost to you – we do this as part of our hire price with no added extra strings.
The only contention that may be, is if there is a wedding day the day after you and there is someone staying in the Farmhouse the night of your wedding as part of the 2 night stay
However, their check in time will not clash with any significant time of your wedding. They will also not be allowed to roam the grounds/mingle with your guests once they arrive. This will of course be date depending.
