Happy Llama-Llama-Lancashire Day!

Happy Llama-Llama-Lancashire Day!

26 Nov 2020 | Corporate Events, Sustainability, Weddings, Wellbeing, Wellbeing Farm and Family

27th November is Lancashire Day, celebrating everything about the best county of all (just saying): from the culture, to lifestyle and the achievements we cannot help but celebrate!

We would also like to join Marketing Lancashire in giving the whole county a giant hug. And to thank everyone who’s worked so hard to keep us all safe! We’d also like to give a hug to all of our fellow suppliers in the Wedding and Events industries who have been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.

For Lancashire Day at The Wellbeing Farm, we would like to let you know what we have been up to since lockdown came in.

First step was that we took a giant jump into creating a brand-new branch of the business! We created the North West Centre for Business and Team Wellbeing, which does Corporate Events that will take you away from the bustle of the office and allow for greater creativity, teamwork, or just a big “thank you” party for your colleagues.

But we really went back to our roots when along with our partners, launched the Wellbeing Lancashire initiative, which aims to put Wellbeing at the heart of Lancashire. In September, we launched our initiative with representatives from the NHS, education, local councils and more, which was a huge success. We’ve only just got started and cannot wait to see what the following year brings us!

One more very important group of people we would like to send a hug to are all our couples. This year has been hard and a lot of our couples have decided to postpone their wedding. For some, they have gone ahead with their ceremony in our Wedding Barn; we of course have been adhering to Coronavirus restrictions, but we would like to thank that love is certainly NOT cancelled!

Everyone at The Wellbeing Farm wishes you all a very Happy Lancashire Day!
