How we cater for vegans

Every January, it has become a new tradition (in a sense) to take up Veganuary, a scheme to encourage
people to go vegan for the month of January. In January 2019, 250,000 pledged to Veganuary.

And it is something that has extended from there and is not going to go away any time soon. It’s
According to the latest data, in 2023, 706,965 People Worldwide Signed Up for a Veganuary, which Increased to 1.8 Million in January 2024. It could be even more than that, particularly as awareness of our climate crisis is ever more in our conscience. Find out more here

Therefore, we want to take the opportunity to showcase what Vegan Choices we can do!

As with any of our menus, we only use ingredients that are local, fresh and seasonal; therefore the exact
menus will change slightly depending on when your event with us is being held.

It’s a fact as well that vegan food covers a lot of things that our central to creating menus for your events;
and that is:

  • Food that is bright and colourful 
  • Ingredients which are sustainable and have as small a carbon footprint as possible
  • Choices which are rich in nutrients which can help boost your mood and focus for an afternoon session – many of which that are needed for this are richer in plant based dishes than meat ones 
  • And most importantly of all, food that is DELICIOUS!

Now, I know what you may be thinking – “You’re partnered with a Butchers!” – which yes, you would be
correct. But do not let put that you off: as an example, please look at the case of Alex & Richard, who
