Parties and Events
We love a good party but we are predominantly a wedding venue and we must admit, most of our Saturdays and key days (Thursday, Friday, Sunday during school holidays) do get booked well in advance with weddings.
When can I hire your farm for a party?
If you would like a party, then we are more likely to have dates available mid-week (Monday to Thursday) and we do have some Friday nights but unfortunately not in school holidays. We will also only be able to confirm a party a couple of months before the date if we feel that we will not be able to fill the date for a wedding.
We do have availability mid-week for corporate events, team building and parties throughout the year.
Can I just book an evening only wedding reception?
Please note, if you book a party and you are provided with a quote based on a party or corporate price, you cannot then, unfortunately, use the booking to have a wedding reception. If the party is to celebrate a wedding, then the wedding prices will apply.
What can you offer me for my party?
Our venue is the perfect party place: exclusive, loads of space (for up to 300 people), music, licensed for dancing and drinking until 1 am, quality food, its own Micro Brewery, outdoor space for inflatables…..
In fact, our experience of delivering weddings lends itself to parties – we’ve great supplier contacts, the experience of making a vision happen and meticulous organisation skills – we will deliver a great party for you…
What can we have for our party?
The party hire prices (apart from corporates) is from 7 pm until 1 am. The party hire price includes:
- Hire of our main barn for your party – please note the barn will be decorated to our basic standard of décor and this will not include many items from our Prop Store
- Tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware, tableware
- Waiters and bar staff to serve you
- We have great food options from informal dining such as Build a Burger, Hog Roast and a Wood burning Pizza Oven to five-course gourmet fine dining – we cater for all tastes.
Extra charges will apply for the following:
- The use of the quirky horse trailer Gin and Cocktail Bar
- Prop hire from our own Prop Store
- Buzz wire, splat the rat and strong man games for guest entertainment
- Tipi with fire bowl which acts as a chill-out zone and a great area for catching up with relatives
- Fire pit for toasting marshmallows and chestnuts with cosy blankets to snuggle up
- 9-hole crazy golf and a range of garden games
- Go-carts and ride on for the kids as well as puppet shows and Peppa Pig
- Sweet Cart for you to fill
Please note the following are not available for parties (with the exception of mid-week corporate events):
- our bow tie-wearing Llamas and alpacas and flat cap-wearing donkeys
- the use of the Wheatsheaf Bar in addition to the main barn.
We are a great venue for a unique company experience and can provide exclusive hire venue for all your company’s needs….

We have two great options for celebrating Christmas at the farm this year and all options will take place in our Christmas-themed Barn – full details can be seen in our Festive Season brochure.
Christmas Parties – for 2019 we’ve themed our Christmas events around a classic German Christmas market. Wunderbar! Expect fun, entertainment, glitter bar, photo booth, fairground games, magician, magic mirror until 1

Bookings for our Christmas parties will open at the end of April together with our new online interactive booking facility.
For those of you who want a more refined dining experience, you can hire our Wedding Barn on an exclusive basis for a fabulous Corporate Christmas Party where we can plan a bespoke menu, drinks and entertainment package to suit your budget for up to 300 people. 21st Birthday Parties
Turning 21 is a milestone birthday that deserves a special celebration. We aim to help you plan and deliver the party of a lifetime. We will work with you to plan a celebration like no other – tailoring the activities, food and drink to exactly what you love.

30th, 40th, 50th and beyond… Birthday Parties
Full of fun and catering for every type of party – from glitz and glam to unique and informal we can pull out all the stops for your special celebration. Music, dancing and booze until 1 am, exclusive use of the venue – nothing is too much of a surprise…
Bah Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah’s
You can hire our venue for your Bah Mitzvah – we have a great space for a totally unique Bah Mitzvah. Our child-friendly venue provides loads to entertain and keep the kids happy and we are flexible and accommodating to your wishes. We work with specialist Kosher caterers to ensure the quality of your food.
Our relaxed venue is fun, unique and magical and absolutely perfect for a Prom. We can provide a formal event or just loads of fun with games indoors and outdoors and live music. We can work with you to include photo booths, magicians, DJ, glitter tattoos, fancy dress, dancing games, contests and talent shows. Don’t forget selfies with our bow tie-wearing Llamas and Alpacas and flat cap-wearing cuddly donkeys.

At The Wellbeing Farm, working in conjunction with Independent Celebrants, we are able to offer just that. We offer a venue which is completely unique and special – the perfect place for your memorial service, funeral or funeral reception.
We understand that a funeral reception is first and foremost a celebration of an individual’s life and their unique human values and attributes. As a result, our venue is flexible and adaptable enough to accommodate the type of funeral service you’d like. Whether you’d prefer a quiet, reflective and personal reception, or a lively celebration of the person’s life, we can personalise your experience accordingly. Your Celebrant will work closely with family and friends; they will listen to your stories, and will then write a ceremony that reflects the character of your loved one.
