Congratulations Mr and Mrs Cotton!!
Guests traveled far and wide to a very colourful wedding that shouted out loud and clear that SPRING HAS SPRUNG!
Hiring coloured table cloths, their table markers were under every colour of the rainbow and decorated with moons and stars (Richard is an astrophysicist!); they even hung a stunning rainbow coloured origami crane mobile from our ceiling – made by the Bride and Groom themselves!
Speaking of little DIY touches, their favours were homemade “Mum and Dad’s Allotment Chutney”; they went down a treat with their cheese wedding cake!
We think the best weddings are the ones that are truly personal to the Bride and Groom – and Ellie and Rich were no exception! Their flowers were done by one of their guests, Jemma at Forage, and their cake was also done by a family friend, Sarah!
For their food, Ellie and Rich chose our ever-popular Rustic Fun package – all of their guests LOVED our lamb choice – perfect with their very own personalised cask ale “Cotton Reel Ale”
As the night drew in, a slightly (!) bigger turnaround than usual brought in a big fat song and dance knees up, courtesy of Union Street Country Dance & Ceilidh Band!

It was a truly fantastic day had by all and a pleasure to help deliver your very special day!!
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Cotton!
