Introducing our SHAPE Wedding Planning System, our simple way to help you plan your wedding with no drama, no probllama (haha!).
Choosing to get married is a big decision. Once you’ve made that choice, it seems like it doesn’t get any easier; and no one is going to deny that planning a wedding isn’t hard. But don’t worry – that is where we at The Wellbeing Farm come in, as we aim to take the stress off your shoulders (well, as much as we can, at least).
S is for Support
Our warm and friendly Wedding Coordinators go above and beyond in planning your wedding – they support you over 3 planning meetings, at 6 months, 3 months and 2 weeks before your big day, overseeing any changes or problems that have come across during your planning. Only a phone call or a computer screen away, they’re an invaluable source of support for you!
On the day itself, they’ll be running the event to ensure it goes smoothly. They’ll be liaising with your photographer, other suppliers and the rest of our team, so that you can grab a drink and enjoy your day.
But that’s not all! Once you’ve booked with us, you will have access to our secret Facebook group, where you and our other future brides can support each other and exchange ideas.
And on top of that (!), hot off the press, we can even link you into an Online Wedding Planning course, that’s free for all our Brides – more details to follow shortly!
H is for Help
Our staff may only be a call away, but if you would prefer to come up and see us, there are plenty of opportunities to do so and get face-to-face help. Our Wedding Wednesdays and Open Days are perfect for a relaxed look around the farm at your own pace – along with a cuppa and a piece of cake! Or alternatively, we have our Quirky Wedding Fayre to help you meet potential suppliers and our Wedding Feast Experiences to help you whittle down your food choices. We also provide you with a Secret Wedding Planning website with everything you need to know and do about organising a wedding.
A is for Advice
When you book, you will receive our WOW pack, which includes all the necessary information you could ask for to get you started planning your special day: from accommodation and food options, to timings and our Let’s Shoot guide for your photographer. Oh, and for any stress that does come your way, we even include a Worry Doll to take care of it!
P is for Props and Personalise
This one seems a little obvious, but we cannot help and say we love our collection of props! Stepping in is like Aladdin’s Cave of Wonders – only you don’t even need the magic lamp to make your wedding special! As other venues charge for props x, y and z, doing a DIY wedding may sound cheap, but it in fact is expensive! Not to mention it is also time consuming scouting the shops for various items, or saving up jam jars and alcohol bottles for your centrepieces…
Plus, after your day is over, you don’t want to be stressing with them cluttering up your house and selling them on eBay!
But with our Prop Store, there are no additional booking fees – so you can pick and choose as many as you would like, no matter what theme, colour scheme or time of year you pick: whether that be natural, pastel tones or rainbow coloured, whether that be the height of Summer, Christmas or Dia de los Muertos – there’s something for everyone and every type of wedding, with plenty of possible combinations to personalise and make your big day your own!
And after your big day is over, all our props go back into the store, ready for the next person to use.
On top of all that, we’re getting in new props ALL THE TIME! So be sure to come as often as you wish to see what else is in store.
E is for Experience
At the end of the day, we want to offer you a wedding like none other – not just a wedding, but an experience. One that’s fun, quirky and magical that you, your family and friends won’t forget in a LONG time!
Props aren’t the only way to personalise your wedding and make it stand out, not just for you, but for your guests as well: bow-tie and flat-cap-wearing llamas and donkeys, a whole range of outdoor and indoor games, not just 1 but 3 bars including our Bar ‘O’ Llama horse trailer bar, Llama Boudoir photo booth, your wedding breakfast being treated like a Medieval banquet, a Bridal Suite with its own woodland grounds and vintage tennis courts… The list goes on and on.
We know that’s a LOT of information we’ve just spewed out onto you, but we’ve held back on one last piece – and it’s the best part… *drumroll please…!*
